Roshni Bavan embraces over 20 years in the field of Human Resources. A seasoned generalist, she has experience in all facets of human resources. Roshni’s particular expertise is in the areas of organizational diversity initiatives, integration of new Canadians, pay equity, compensation and benefits, policy development, legislative compliance and employee relations. She has had hands on experience in all levels of employee relations. Her experience varies from start-ups to re-organizations.
Prior to her consulting career, Roshni held several Human Resource positions in corporate environments, with a particular focus in full service HR partnerships. In this regard, she aggressively campaigned for employee relations and cost containment of expenses related to staffing, expenses and benefit plans.
As Business Partner of SME HR Solutions, Roshni currently provides consultative and HR services to a wide variety of clients in Small and Medium Enterprise companies in the Greater Toronto Area. Her industry focus is on Manufacturing, Construction, Sports Clubs, and Service based sectors. Roshni is passionate about influencing clients to be Top Employers, to have a positive impact in their businesses and their employees.
